The Dirty Blonde utilizes an hourly and gratuity free pricing structure. This allows your stylist the freedom to do the techniques and treatments necessary for each client's end goals without the pressure of adding on services or upping the ticket price to ensure they are being fairly compensated. The removal of gratuities and add ons means that each and every client knows exactly how much they will be paying for a service based on how much time is needed and there are no surprises at check out. Each stylist at The Dirty Blonde has carefully structured their hourly rate based on their experience, education, and career goals.

The Dirty Blonde requires credit card information in order to book ALL appointments. For extension services and color transformations requiring five or more hours, The Dirty Blonde requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price quoted at the in-person consultation that must be paid prior to scheduling the appointment. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of services provided by The Dirty Blonde, which includes the cost of the hair for extension services. The Dirty Blonde must have credit card information within 48 hours of booking an appointment; if credit card information is not provided within 48 hours of booking, the appointment will be subject to cancellation.

The Dirty Blonde will send confirmation of each appointment 72 hours before the appointment. Due to the time spent with each client and that each appointment is specially tailored for the client, appointments canceled/rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance of the appointment start time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the expected cost of the scheduled service to the credit card provided at the time of booking. No-call, no-shows will result in a charge equal to the amount of the scheduled service(100%) to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment may not be able to receive the full service and/or may have to reschedule. In the event an appointment is rescheduled due to the client being late, the client will be considered a no-show. Further, clients will be charged for the amount of time booked, regardless of the time they arrive and the service received. There are no refunds for deposits if an appointment that requires a deposit is fully canceled without rescheduling, even if the appointment is canceled prior to 24 hours of the appointment start time.

Any client unhappy with the results of their service must inform The Dirty Blonde in writing within 7 days of the original appointment. Adjustments are considered touch-ups to fix minor mistakes in the hair, NOT a full service. The Dirty Blonde will make complimentary adjustments for clients who provide written details of the problem within 7 days of the original appointment. Adjustment appointments are subject to scheduling availability of the stylists at The Dirty Blonde; further, color transformation services, corrective color services, and any other services that require multiple sessions in order to achieve a desired end goal ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for an adjustment service.

Discriminatory/derogatory statements & actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Any disrespect to an employee or other clients of The Dirty Blonde will result in immediate cancellation of the remainder of the appointment. Clients will be charged for the full time booked, and will not be allowed to return to the salon.

Any child under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian present for the consultation and the duration of the appointment. Additionally, please arrange childcare prior to your appointment. For both safety and comfort, babies, toddlers, and children are not allowed to accompany any adult to their service. Appointments rescheduled due to childcare conflicts will be subject to the cancellation/no-show policy if the appointment should be rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time.
